Tier III Data Center

Midway Technology Center will convert the 230,000 SF historic Schulze Baking Company building into a Tier III data center. Phase I includes a 30,000 SF office space and a 120,000 SF data center with over 52,000 SF of high-power density-raised floor space.

Designed with state-of-the-art electrical and mechanical systems, Midway Technology Center will include a purpose-built data center building with data halls. Scalable, flexible and robust describe this “tenant driven” project designed to accommodate full-floor tenants as well as individual data halls in a multi-tenant environment. The data center structure provides heavy floor load capacity, generous 19’ structural height and efficient support areas.
